Customer Service Training

Basic Customer Service Skills:

Companies that interact with the public are more successful when their key people have the following skills: Listening To Understand and Tracking Positives.  The training is designed to give participants powerful skills to help understand the needs of others and be capable of helping meet those needs.  When using these skills others feel appreciated and heard.
