I. Introductory Leadership Skills:
Participants will learn two powerful skills: Tracking Positives and Listening to Understand. With these skills they will avoid common communication barriers that cause misunderstanding, resentment, resistance or defensiveness. Participants will learn to communicate with others in a way that will leave others feeling understood, respected and positive. The workshop is four hours in length. Maximum participants is twenty. The investment for this workshop is $999.00
Our Video practice is extremely important for applying the learned skills. Past participants report this to be a necessary piece in learning and perfecting the skills. All of our video training is one hour and a half, with maximum participants of 8 participants (per group of 4). The investment is $500.00.
Packages are available by combining the workshop and video practice into one day of training.
Coaching of 3 sessions per person is available for $195.00 per person. Our coaching is designed to aid participants into perfecting these valuable skills. A trained coach will be assigned to discuss participant's goals and application. The coaching provides skill competency and application in the real world. Three separate phone calls in duration of 30 minutes each.
II. Basic Leadership Skills:
Employees may participate in this training after learning Introductory Leadership Skills. In this training, participants will learn Constructive Confrontation Skills and Responding Constructively to Criticism. Learn to confront those whose behavior causes a problem in a way that leads to a satisfactory resolution of the problem while maintaining or improving the relationship. Influence others to take pride in the quality of their work, to improve their performance and to help the company reach its objectives. This workshop is 4 hours in length. Maximum participants is twenty. The investment for this workshop is $999.00.

III. Advanced Leadership Skills:
Participants will learn Mutual Problem Solving skills. These skills allow you to resolve conflicts of needs in ways that are agreeable to all involved. It will help you improve relationships while solving your problems, turning conflicts into cooperation and problems into progress. Participants must have completed Introductory and Basic Leadership training. This workshop is 4 hours in length. Maximum participants is twenty. The investment for this workshop is $999.00

IV. Leadership Selling Skills:
Participants will learn Unsolicited Consulting Skills. These skills will enable you to effectively handle one of the most difficult interpersonal tasks - approaching people who have not asked for your advice and making suggestions to them in a way that will cause them to appreciate your comments and consider your ideas. This skill can also be used to sell products or services. The Introductory, Basic, and Advanced Leadership workshops are a prerequisite for participating in this training. This workshop is 4 hours in length. Maximum participants is twenty. The investment for this workshop is $999.00.

Participants will learn Solicited Consulting, which is a skill for advising, consulting, teaching or consciously influencing another person who wants your help.
